Continuing our previous webinar on database tasks, in this training we will give an overview about structure search in memory and visualization options. Searches can be performed without database usage, reading the molecules one by one from a molecule file or loading into memory and performing search on the molecules stored in memory. Found hits can be visualized by coloring substructure hits in target molecule and alignment of target molecules according to the query.
