ChemAxon, Titian and Genedata present Partnering to Deliver Integration Between Registration, Sample Management and Screening Data Analysis
- 15 May 6:20 PM
- Room: Vendor Theater
Using firmly established and integrable software solutions increases workflow efficiency and decreases system implementation costs. Genedata, Titian, and ChemAxon are working together to advance industry best practices, from chemical registration to sample management and result generation. This presentation highlights the advantages of integrating Screener, Mosaic, and Compound Registration, from the perspectives of a user and an IT manager.
Project Haystack: Universal Access to Corporate Research History
- 16 May 5:00 PM
- Room: Harborview 2
Come and hear our big story within the Pharmaceutical R&D Informatics (Track 10).
We present the results of an ongoing experimental project helping chemists and biologists discover information they don’t know exists:
- Finding relevant data during design of drug candidates from idea to synthesis
- Universal, domain agnostic, simple access to the complete research history
- Indexing arbitrary amount of data and running structure search in a distributed environment.
A Pre-Competitive Technology Platform for Pharma
- 17 May 11:40 AM
- Room: Harborview 2
Biotech-in-a-Box: Turn-Key Cloud Infrastructure for Enterprise-Grade Research
- 17 May 12:50 PM
- Room: Cityview 1
Presenter: Elliot Menschik, MD, PhD, Healthcare and Life Science Ventures, Amazon Web Services
This talk introduces the AWS Biotech Blueprint, a toolset enabling biotechs to rapidly establish enterprise-grade research environments in the cloud, supporting both wet and computational labs. Optimized out-of-the-box for security, resilience and regulatory compliance, it further automates the installation and integration of leading scientific applications under the customer’s direct control. The talks will include illustrations drawn from successful customer deployments.
Know more about the Bio-IT World 2018
There's been dramatic progress in life science technologies over the years, yet the fundamental goal of the Bio-IT community remains the same — to make the most of data and computing to advance medicine. Since 2002, Bio-IT World has played an integral role in this, bringing together clever, innovative people from all areas of life sciences for expert commentary and industry insight. Our 2017 event brought together more than 3,400 attendees from 35 countries to make connections and forge collaborations across the life sciences. Next year promises to be even better. With 16 tracks, 14 pre-conference workshops, and three industry awards, the 2018 Bio-IT World Conference & Expo will offer more opportunities to build the relationships that drive the Bio-IT industry forward.
