Head of US Sales

Boston, MA

Your tasks will include:

  • Establishing and overseeing the adoption of sales vision and strategy
  • Working with the sales team to implement a targeted sales strategy
  • Setting measurable sales goals, analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance
  • Defining the roadmap that will lead to the achievement of sales goals
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing success-driven plans
  • Monitoring market and competitor activity
  • Providing feedback from the market to main stakeholders
  • Regularly reporting from overall sales performance and plans.
  • Fostering relationships with clients
  • Up to 50% travel required

Experience, skills and knowledge you should bring to us:

  • 10+ years of direct business to business sales experience
  • 5+ years experience in managing sales teams
  • Experience in SaaS software sales
  • Ability to effectively share the sales strategy, and motivate and inspire the sales team, as well as the various stakeholders in the company
  • Confident working with numbers, making sense of metrics and figures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers
