Budapest, Graphisoft Park. Our office will move to VĂ¡ci Greens office park at the beginning of 2022.


We are looking for a Budapest-based Product Director who is responsible for creating the product vision and roadmap for his/her product group and its efficient execution.


  • Lead the Product managers of his/her group, people manager for all PMs within the product group
  • Stay within budget and deliver the expected profitability of products within his/her group
  • Help the CPO in product protfolio related decessions
  • Driving efficient product management culture, practices, and processes within the group
  • User satisfaction for products within the group
  • Provide advice and guidance with role-related challenges
  • Act as a sounding board for ideas and action plans
  • Encourage and support direct reports to try new things and to take risks when appropriate
  • Identify resources that will help direct reports with product and personal development and growth
  • Co-create with direct reports the personal learning and development objectives and track progress
  • Provide feedback to direct reports and evaluate their performance
  • Ensure direct reports set goals for themselves that are aligned with the company/team/product goals and progress is tracked
  • Co-create standards for knowledge and skills for the role(s)of the direct reports
  • Support and propose process improvements based on business requirements
  • Drive and support continuous learning and improvement
  • Break-ties / make strategic decisions on product-related topics within the group

Desired knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in managing more than one product at the same time
  • Strong product management knowledge with a business focus
  • Understanding of the role of UX in product management
  • Familiarity with agile software development
  • High level understanding of SaaS development


  • Experience and knowledge of change management techniques
  • Familiarity with the Pharma/Life sciences domains
  • In-depth knowledge of tech domains
