ChemLocator is ChemAxon's web-based solution for extracting chemical information from unstructured data. This means that our search engine is able to recognize chemistry related information in the most common file types and formats (images, InChI, SMILES, corporate IDs and more in Microsoft Office, pdf, sdf, mrv, HTML and more formats). This presentation goes a bit further introducing our collaboration with SciBite, combining chemical and biological entity recognition. ChemAxon's ChemLocator software is integrated together with SciBite's Termite. This presentation introduces this collaborative effort.
