Each research study is different. Once you have signed up, you might be asked to talk to a researcher in a video call, test prototypes, software or new features and more.

You decide if you would like to participate or not.

We do not want to sell you anything. These are pure research studies to listen to your needs, challenges, ideas as a user of scientific software.

  • What if I am not experienced enough to answer questions?

    There is no such thing as a wrong answer here. If you are working in the field of early drug discovery, there will be a study which is relevant to you. We value opinions regardless of seniority level.

  • How do you handle private information?

    Your privacy is important for us so we have a strict privacy policy and careful processes to handle data that we collect during studies. We only collect data that is really necessary.

  • I can not receive financial rewards based on my company policy

    We provide different options as thank you gifts, so you can select based on your preference.

  • Are these studies remote?

    Almost all of our studies are online so you don't need to calculate with additional travelling time.

  • What happens if I no longer want to get notified about studies?

    You can unsubscribe anytime although it is always your decision to take part in a given study. We remove all unsubscribers' data from our systems immediately.

  • What if I am unsure what can I share about my work?

    It's up to you how deep do you let us into your everyday work. You can talk about general things or show how you use a given product. You are in full control during the discussions.

  • Is it only for Chemaxon users?

    Definitely not. Our aim is to understand scientists with different backgrounds and expertise. We define our studies around fields, goals & challenges instead of products.
