When Is a Large Biomolecule a Small Molecule? Compound Databases with a Twist

Closing the gap between small and large molecules in your informatics environment.

We demonstrate tools which enable perception of biological sequences and its chemical modifications from chemical structure files. In addition, we highlight how to consolidate multiple systems into a single system by using our tools – thereby simplifying processes for researchers, while reducing maintenance costs for IT support groups.
