We update our policies and practices as needed, monitoring closely the situation and developments with the health- and governmental authorities in the countries with ChemAxon offices. Our company is still operational and we are handling the current outbreak of the crisis with consideration and care. This document informs you about our response to the COVID-19 public health crisis.
Products and services
Our software development, sales, consultancy and customer support colleagues continue providing uninterrupted service, mostly through telework options.
All international trips for ChemAxon employees to countries with health notices for COVID-19 transmission from the World Health Organization (WHO) are suspended until further notice.
Teleconferencing is preferred wherever possible, including all meetings with suppliers, clients and partners.
ChemAxon colleagues are allowed and encouraged to work from home, to keep the social distance in order to slow down the spread of the virus, until further information becomes available.
