by Aaron Hart (KNIME)

KNIME [naim] is a user-friendly graphical workbench for the entire analysis process: data access, data transformation, initial investigation, powerful predictive analytics, visualisation and reporting. This open integration platform provides access to many extensions, including a rich set of nodes that provide access to ChemAxon's JChem software suite. In this talk we will quickly present an overview of the JChem extensions as well as a preview of how to integrate these great tools with graphics generated in R, a powerful, open source statistical programming language.
