ZINC is a freely available database and website that uses ChemAxon's JChem technologies to help investigators acquire screening libraries for ligand discovery. We focus on commercially available compounds that can be simply purchased and tested, and we use annotated libraries such as ChEMBL (www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl) to provide focused sets of bioactives against over 2600 protein targets. For more information, please see our website, http://zinc.docking.org. Download slides
