Markush Editor

Frequently used for chemical patents and combinatorial libraries, Markush structures (also called generic structures) usually contain a very large chemical space. They can be very complex with thousands of R-groups fragments under multiple layers. ChemAxon provides the most advanced Markush technology to help users create, enumerate and search Markush structures. Since version 6.3, ChemAxon added the new Markush Editor to the family. It enables display the Markush structure in an intuitive and hierarchical way. Users can add, edit, remove R-groups and enumerate the Markush structure. Markush Editor can also be used as a free Viewer without a license.
