Presenter:

Roland Knispel - Product Manager, ChemAxon

Accommodating complex biological molecules like oligonucleotides, proteins, antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates, not to mention, unnatural and chemically-modified components, in a cheminformatics environment is a daunting task. No longer though... by extending the JChem chemistry engine these molecules can now be accurately registered, stored and searched as you can with small molecules. It uses atomic detail where possible, though also ships with built-in support for numerical and textual annotation to describe less well-defined entities, e.g. conjugates. Join us on a brief tour, where we will show you how to quickly and unambiguously define the most complex biomolecules and run them down your data pipeline.

In the meantime find out more about the toolkit on its description page.
